Abstract:Connie [1,21 is a general-purpose circuit analysis program which was developed for use in the design of RFX 131, a large reversed-field pinch experiment currently being built at Padua, Italy. The plasma behaviour is on a shorter timescale than the conduction period of the thyristors in the converter power supplies which feed the experiment. approximate converter models were therefore insufficient to predict both the plasma behaviour and the supply line distortion resulting from it.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
