Connecting Families and Community Resources: The Librarian's Role in Pediatric Advocacy

Abstract

This article discusses Cap4Kids, a new model for promoting the physical, mental, and social health and well-being of all children in the communities where they live. Cap4Kids NYC is a collaboration between residents at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and the Pediatric Family resource Center librarian.
