Connected, Complete, Locally Bounded Fields. Complete Not Locally Bounded Fields

Abstract: Peltier heating effects have been observed to cause significant errors in measurements of electrical resistivity in chromium. These effects occur in many experimental arrangements, and for both AC and DC techniques. The errors became particularly acute in the vicinity of the Nee1 transition.
