Conjugated polymer-functionalized perovskite semiconductors for electrolyte-gated transistors

Abstract: In emerging perovskite transistors, interfacial engineering is pivotal for modulating the effective charge carrier transport; however, gate dielectric layer and its interface remain unexplored owing to the limited chemical stability of perovskites.
