Abstract:Magnetic fields vertical to electric fields were applied during electrodeposition process to prepare CoNiMn magnetic thin films. Influences of different magnetic intensities on electrochemistry mechanism, nucleation, surface morphology and magnetic property of CoNiMn films were studied.
