Abstract: A pesca no Brasil apresenta significativa importância por ser exercida por muitas comunidades ao longo da costa e por ser uma atividade fornecedora de alimento e renda. Além destas, possui uma grande variedade de técnicas e diversidade no manejo das espécies capturadas.
