Congenital Telangiectatic Atrophic Patch on a Healthy Child

Abstract: Background: Rapidly involuting congenital hemangiomas (RICHs) are rare vascular tumors that have a proliferative phase in utero, present fully grown at birth, and have a fast involution phase after birth.
