Abstract:Congenital hallux varus (CHV) is an uncommon anomaly of the forefoot where the big toe is positioned medially at the metatarsophalangeal joint, accompanied by a significant gap between the first and second toes. CHV is associated with difficulty in wearing clothes and footwear.
