Abstract:Silver Russell syndrome is a congenital growth disorder with features of craniofacial dysmorphia and asymmetrical limbs. This case highlights failure to thrive (height and weight are less than -2SD), hemi-hypertrophy of the left side of the body and dysmorphic facial profile in a 13 year old boy. The parents have been counselled regarding etiology of the disease and the child is being treated with growth hormone therapy.
