Congenital Elbow Dislocation

Abstract: Case:We present a case of a 12-day-old male baby who presented with right elbow deformity and inability to flex the elbow. Radiographs and computed tomography scan of the elbow revealed loss of humeroulnar alignment, superior migration of olecranon, and posteromedial displacement, suggesting an elbow dislocation. The child was successfully managed with open reduction and Kirschner wire fixation of the elbow joint.
