Abstract: Individuals with germline PTEN tumor-suppressor variants have PTEN hamartoma tumor syndrome (PHTS). Clinically, PHTS has variable presentations; there are distinct subsets of PHTS-affected individuals, such as those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or cancer.
