Confocal Laser Scanning Immunofluorescence Imaging for Quantitation of Stromelysin in Human Synovial Fibroblasts

Abstract: Cartilage degradation associated with osteoarthritis is mediated, in part, by stromelysin produced by chondrocytes and synovial fibroblasts.'
