“…Meanwhile, excessive DCIP may influence the efficiency of the fluorescence recovery, thus, 100 mM DCIP was adopted for the detection of a-Glu. 54 As displayed in Fig. S14 (ESI †), enzymatic reaction pH of 7.0, reaction temperature of 37 1C, reaction time of 30 min, and substrate (AA2G) concentration of 0.3 mM were selected as the optimal sensing parameters.…”

“…This is especially true for grafting metal oxides/hydroxides through the interfacial condensation of various hydroxyls under neutral conditions. In practice, surface hydroxyls of mesoporous silica have been consciously or unconsciously employed as functional groups to directly graft ZrO 2 nanoparticles, CuO nanoclusters, and TiO 2 monolayers within the mesopores through bonding reactions. Further research is warranted to investigate this grafting mechanism comprehensively, shedding light on the universal applicability of surface silicon hydroxyls as anchor points in this context.…”

“…Recently, metal nanoclusters (M NCs) have attracted considerable attention because of their unique electrical, physical and optical properties for application in sensing, [1][2][3][4][5] drug delivery, 6,7 bioimaging, [8][9][10][11] catalysis, [12][13][14] nanodevices 15,16 and in other fields. 17,18 M NCs possess excellent photostability, good biocompatibility, and a large Stokes shift, and present a low environmental hazard.…”
