Abstract: International audienceNanoscale patterning of piezoelectric and ferroelectric polymers, such as polyvinylidene fluoride (PVdF) and its copolymers with trifluoroethylene (PVdF-TrFE), is increasingly important in organic electronics, memory, and sensing.
