Confined environment facilitates stacked conformations in Holliday Junction

Abstract: Holliday Junction (HJ) is an important intermediate for homologous recombination and is involved in DNA break repair. It is a highly dynamic structure and transitions between two stacked isomers through an intermediate open conformer.
