Conductive Particles in Anisotropic Conductive Films

Abstract: Anisotropic Conductive Films (ACFs) are the major products used for fine-pitch interconnection technology in electronic packaging because of their low incidence in electrical interconnection issues such as high contact resistance and open/short-circuit failure.
