This article is based on a critical review of the Learning Competency Framework and Approach (LCFA) developed for providing education to the Rohingya refugee children living in refugee camps in Bangladesh. A sectoral approach was adopted to develop the LCFA under the leadership of United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF). To review the LCFA, a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis was used as an analytical tool. The SWOT analysis showed that the major strengths of the LCFA include its emphasis on pedagogical aspects, the inclusion of content on life skills, and the scope of engaging communities in the implementation phase. However, the major limitations of the LCFA comprised of lack of contents on post-traumatic mental wellbeing, child abuse, trafficking, and technology. In addition, the volume of content seemed too heavy concerning the duration of the levels. It was not clear if the LCFA was a research-based output, other than consultations. Several challenges were identified by this critical review in implementing the LCFA in the Rohingya refugee camps in Bangladesh. These include a lack of understanding of the Rohingya children's needs, including historical, physical (both geographical and infrastructural), and livelihood, the barrier to comprehending their language and culture, and existing resource constraints for implementing this framework. Considering the Rohingya people's perspectives, this review makes suggestions to ensure the whole education process becomes more operational, effective, successful and sustainable.

The COVID-19 pandemic forced the global population to modify social habits. In particular, during 2020 the majority of educational institutions worldwide had to shift from the traditional face-to-face to the online teaching methodology, leading to a consequential debate -among instructors, citizens, media, and government -about its advantages and disadvantages. To realise a comprehensive evaluation of online teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic, the following research question has been formulated: "What are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of online teaching that emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic?" In order to provide an answer, a three-round Delphi study was implemented involving 12 editorial board members of the International Journal of Information and Operations Management Education, whose opinions were mediated and synthesised in a SWOT analysis. From the SWOT analysis, a series of strategies has been developed to help policy makers and instructors in adopting a strategising view towards online teaching.

With the COVID-19 background in the world, the higher level of the aging population and higher pressure in daily life. Whether it is COVID-19 drugs or other diseases that are easy to get in the elderly, and some other diseases have a higher incidence rate, so the demand for the drug was higher than before, and the business of CDMO company is to produce the API to the company which produces the finished drug. So, the whole industry has obtained a significant improvement. I use the SWOT analytical method to research whether the Asymchem company is a company with good operating and financial performance. And obtain the research report from the Research reports of securities companies and industry white papers. As the result, the operating and financial performance of Asymchem are both great, and there is a continuing trend showing the CDMO industry and Asymchem would get great development in the future.
