Concurrent Ulcerative Colitis in a Pregnant Patient with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract: We herein report a rare concurrent case of ulcerative colitis (UC) in a pregnant woman with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), which was well managed by biologics. When a 32-year-old woman with seropositive RA became pregnant, she began experiencing hematochezia; colonoscopy revealed diffuse inflammation with multiple ulcers.
