Concho-antropexy or total inferior turbinectomy for hypertrophy of the inferior turbinates? a prospective randomized study

Abstract: Twenty-five patients with bilateral nasal obstruction due to hypertrophy of the inferior turbinates were entered into a prospective study to compare the efficacy and the associated complications of total inferior turbinectomy and concho-antropexy.
