The entry of the world community into the age of informatization has led to changes in the quality characteristics of personnel, manifested in the widespread use of knowledge, which today have become a direct productive force aimed at the formation of intellectual resources. The paper considers issues of managing intellectual resources, provides a rationale for the concept of intellectual resources of an enterprise, considers the principles of their formation, specificity of intellectual resources in the economic system, the main tasks of enterprises management with intelligent resource management, the role of HR services in the formation of intellectual resources, as well as new requirements for personnel management, put forward the knowledge economy. The experience of formation and use of intellectual resources of PJSC "Gazprom" and PJSC "Power Machines" on the basis of popularization of knowledge is considered.

The relevance of the work is due to the fact that modern companies are faced with the need to “have” a new vision and new knowledge, creating on their basis innovative products and technologies necessary to be successful in the modern market. At the same time, higher education institutions are interested in improving educational programs and bringing them closer to the needs of employers in order to “grow” and release young professionals in demand in the labor market. The article deals with the mechanisms and tools related to the implementation of practice-oriented vocational education in order to prepare competitive graduates in the framework of cooperation between universities and specialized organizations in the region. The results of the study of the level of professional training from the position of graduates are given. The article justifi es the necessity of development of the project on introduction of new technologies in the process of organization of practice, the purpose of which is the creation of a modular system of practice-oriented education throughout the students at the University.

This article analyzes a complex set of personnel training problems for the digital economy. The authors note that the mechanical increase in budget places in the system of higher and secondary vocational education is not enough to provide the IT segment of the labor market in Russia, which is related both to the quality of training of specialists and to the career expectations of graduates. The author’s definition of the student’s career and educational trajectory is given. As one of the possible solutions, an integrative-micromodular approach is proposed, the key element of which is the cooperation of the student, the university and potential employers in designing and implementing an effective career and educational trajectory for each student. The authors note significant differences in the goals, resources and strategies of federal, national and regional universities, while focusing on the latter. Using the example of bachelor’s degree training in the field of Applied Informatics 09.03.03, the issues of work and part-time work of students during the study period, the influence of this factor on the career and educational trajectory are analyzed in depth. Examples of the implementation of micromodules «career stage» in the disciplines of «Programming», «Databases», «Information Systems Design», «Software Engineering», «Data Analysis», «Cloud services», «Web programming» are considered. The strategy of using psychosemantics methods for recognizing and clarifying the image of a future profession, professional self-reflection and, possibly, professional trials is described.
