Concept of Updating the Form and Technology of Training Competitive Personnel

Abstract

The article characterizes the problem of training competitive graduates with advanced competencies and “soft” skills in the interests of light industry development. The article substantiates the relevance of introducing a new form of education, which will ensure the training of graduates in the cooperation of education, production and science and the transformation of subject-centered learning technology to personalityoriented. The concept of education development in the network form and options for implementing network programs in partnership with universities, production and research organizations are disclosed. The conceptual bases of updating pedagogical technologies in the network form of education are offered. The content and practical implementation of the provisions of the concept are characterized: the introduction of personality-oriented technologies, individualized learning, practice-oriented training, as well as updating the set of competencies taking into account the tasks of the industry and changing the content components of the training program in the network form
