Concept of the Secondary Automated Network for Monitoring Weather Conditions whith Low-power Radars as Sensors

Abstract: This article is devoted to creation of the secondary network using base stations of mobile telecommunications operators. General advantages of the secondary networks are discussed. Then we suggest to build a novel network of low-cost small base radars (BSR) by adding the low-power radars to the existent selected base stations’ equipment.
