Concept and Imitation Modeling of Sustained Transport Model in Moscow Area

Abstract: The article presents the concept of sustainable development of a street road network segment connecting the Koptevo district and the Timiryazevskiy district in the Northern Administrative District of Moscow. When designing the concept of changes, the authors used common scientific methods in their research in order to determine problems and related domain objects. It was found that the sustainable development of this area requires modernization of the district’s transport system. All traffic flows, their objec… Show more

“…To date, simulation modeling is a powerful tool for studying the behavior of real systems, allowing collecting and processing the necessary information on the behavior of the system by creating its computer model [2,13,14]. The result of the application of simulation modeling methods, as scholars note in their studies, enables to obtain the values of the characteristics of the simulated system and the behavior model of its objects [3,15,16].…”

“…Creating a digital twin of a real object consisting of multiple interacting objects is a complex process that requires the integrated use of structural analysis, parametric and simulation modeling techniques [3,7]. The works of researchers engaged in simulation modeling of different processes establish all qualitative and quantitative characteristics of objects of the subject area, as well as the rules of interaction between processes and potential external influences that can be exerted on them [8][9][10].…”

“…Simulation modeling methods were used to create a digital twin. As researchers note in their works, such methods allow formalizing an object or processes of any subject area (e.g., transport, urban planning) [7,8]. Full-fledged use of simulation modeling methods is possible only if there are formalized input parameters (what is used in the processes of the subject area) and established rules of interaction between objects and their corresponding processes [9,10].…”

“…In order to obtain a list of elements related to the processes of the object of study and affecting its state, the structuring method was used. Methodologies for using this method are presented in detail by Logachev [6][7][8], Krasnikov [9,10] and Shakhnov [11]. The results obtained are necessary to create rules for the interaction between these elements, which form the basis of a parametric and simulation model of the study object.…”
