“…The contamination of ten mangrove sites by PCBs in Hong Kong showed relatively low total concentrations ranging from 0.5-5.8 µg/kg with the exception of mangroves from Yi O, Tolo Pond and Lai Chi Wo which were identified as hot spots and gave PCB concentrations in the range of 11 to 25 µg/kg (Tam and Yao, 2002).
