Abstract: Over multipath channels, \textit{complete complementary code division multiple access} (CC-CDMA) and \textit{convolutional spreading code division multiple access} (CS-CDMA) provide {\it inter-channel interference} (ICI) free transmission with an enhanced {\it spectral efficiency} (SE).
