Computerized analysis of video fluorescein imaging (VFI) of the skin

Abstract: Video fluorescein imaging (VFI) is a new technique to continuously follow the development of fluorescence in the skin, i.e. blood inflow and perfusion, after intravenous injection of sodium fluorescein.
