Computer Design, Synthesis and Hydrolytic Activity of Peptidic Artificial Ribonucleases

Abstract: An RNA cleaving catalyst combined to an antisense DNA may represent a new approach for gene targeted . therapy . As cleaving agents, we used basic polypeptides under the -sheet or a.-helix conformations.
