Computer aided engineering design in the development of agricultural implements: a case study for a DPFA

Abstract: Nowadays, available engineering technologies allow the engineering industry to utilize software with numerical methods to generate optimal designs and solve complex issues in a wide range of tasks. Thus, this method plays a specific purpose for researchers, especially in agriculture, to improve designs which use materials excessively, and develop the geometry of implements optimally. This study focused on optimizing a deep placement fertilizer applicator by way of computer aided engineering. The finite element… Show more

“…Slurry was acidified with H2SO4. Chemical composition of untreated and acidified slurries is presented in Table 2 [Borowski et al 2020]. The temperature during the 5 days after slurry application was: in 2017 average -13.0°C, maximum 24.0°C, minimum 2°C and in 2018: average 16.1°C, maximum 30.5°C, and minimum 1.8°C.…”

“…During continuous timing, each observed combine was assigned a timekeeper, who was instructed and prepared for the work, namely informed with the main goals and objectives of the study, harvesting technology, device and maintenance technology of the combine harvester, general timing technique. Each of the timekeepers was provided with observation sheets, pens, tablets and stopwatch [4]. All time expenditures, the name of the combine, its economic number, name of the observer and combine, geometrical parameters and configuration of the field were recorded.…”

“…Study results and for practice tests with the proposed design in the development of agricultural processing Provide technical support [3]. But how much is lean application Common is the remoteness of the world and in developing regions Small, craft-based This for benefit in industries Can be used immediately This article argues that it can.…”
