Computational strategies for PROTAC drug discovery

Abstract: Proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs), a novel targeted protein degradation technology for potential clinical drug discovery, is composed of a protein-targeting ligand covalently linked to an E3 ligase ligand.
