Computational macroscopic lifetime imaging and concentration unmixing of autofluorescence

Abstract: Single-pixel computational imaging can leverage highly sensitive detectors that concurrently acquire data across spectral and temporal domains. For molecular imaging, such methodology enables to collect rich intensity and lifetime multiplexed fluorescence datasets.
