Computation of Buckling Strength of Reinforced Concrete Columns by the Transfer-Matrix Method

Abstract: The existing methods for predicting of the buckling strength of reinforced concrete are satisfactory for the usual cases of use. However their applicability remains limited. The approximate methods apply only for shorts columns with a small eccentricity of a compression force.
