Compressive Cervical Myelopathy Related with Hemodialysis-Associated Amyloidoma

Abstract: We present a case of compressive cervical myelopathy seemingly produced by an amyloid deposit in a patient who had been on long-term hemodialysis. A 69-year-old man who had been on hemodialysis for about 25 years presented with neuropathic pain in both upper and lower extremities and progressive gait disturbance.
