Compressed Flexible Steel Reinforced Concrete Elements Investigation

Abstract: Stress-strain state and compressed flexible steel-reinforced concrete elements resistance capacity are investigated in the work. The experiment program is complied and steel reinforced concrete elements calculations methods are analyzed. Experimental sample design drawings are shown. Raw materials physical and mechanical properties are determined. Steel reinforced-concrete elements experimental and research studies have been carried out. Coboundary dependences N-M for steel reinforced concrete elements constru… Show more

“…For example, tube concrete elements with thin-walled steel pipes more efficient because in the result of powerful effect of these elements the steel pipe resists only in the transverse direction. That's why in the general case at the calculation of compressed tube concrete elements it's necessary to use the formula The proposed methods of factors determining the efficiency of steel and concrete α, and β based on theorems and postulates of mechanics of solid deformable environment, primarily on the methods of the theory of plasticity and strength theory [7]. They take into account the peculiarity of tube concrete element work of element as internally static undetermined system and peculiarities of steel tube resistance, that can be thin-walled (resistance only in the transverse direction), as well as thick-walled (resistance in transverse and longitudinal direction).…”
