Comprendre les facteurs associés aux problèmes de santé physique et mentale dans le secteur de la santé au Québec

Abstract: Au Québec, près de 340 000 personnes travaillent dans le réseau de la santé et des services sociaux. En date du 7 mai 2022, 60 000 d’entre elles étaient temporairement absentes du travail comme le révèle le Tableau de bord du ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux.
