Comprehensive Psychological Analysis of The Features of Emotional Burnout Among IT Specialists: The Ukrainian Labor Market

Abstract: The article includes an analysis of the symptoms (occurred at the stages of formation) of emotional burnout of IT workers in the labor market of Ukraine in accordance with experience in the profession, type of programming - BackEnd, FrontEnd and kind of work organization involving absence and presence of communication with the client within the project.
