Telecommuting in education field, enforced by Romanian Government measures as policy responses to COVID-19 pandemic, has had a tremendous effect both on teaching professionals and on students. This paper investigates the first group, namely the teachers and their perception of online education versus students’ academic performance during distance learning, with a particular focus on the negative factors impacting educational activities: objective ones, such as the limits of technology, and personal subjective ones, as in the phenomenon of negative affect. The study is based on quantitative research that assesses the relationship between personal subjective factors (skills, affect, difficulties in adapting, level of preparedness, professional satisfaction) and technological objective factors (inadequate electronic devices, faulty internet services), with a view to establishing if online education is genuinely sustainable as a valid educational system in the long run. 881 teachers from Romania were subjected to reflect on the effectiveness of online education during the pandemic, resulting in a correlational study with some interesting conclusions and directions highlighted as characteristic for a sustainable educational program. All in all, it can be concluded that when teachers become experienced in online teaching, the efficiency of online teaching is set to improve and when improvement happens, online teaching becomes sustainable as a proper method of training via online-facilitated means of communication.

With the rapid advancement of society and the level of programming and the rapid development of computer technology, networking and information are playing an increasingly important role in the social life of the masses. Creating and developing a network information security monitoring system have become one of the most important ways to keep a computer running smoothly. Traditional information security systems cannot adapt to the ever-changing network environment. If only relying on it to maintain network security, it will be far from effective monitoring and defense. Based on the theory of network information security, this study analyzes the characteristics of network information and the information security monitoring technology at the current stage. Based on the background of big data era, a new type of computer network information security monitoring system is proposed. This system is compared with the traditional network information security monitoring system, and the performance and stability of the system are investigated, respectively. The experimental data show that the network information security monitoring system designed in this study can achieve more than 99% detection rate of external attacks in a network environment with a background traffic of 10M. Its false alarm rate is lower than 4%, and the false alarm rate is lower than 7%. The qualitative mean reaches 93.02%, indicating its good monitoring accuracy and stability. By popularizing it in the current network environment, it can effectively identify and defend information attacks and maintain the development of network information security.

The scientific literature highlights various aspects of investigative (search) actions, but this study focuses on their psychological description, which currently has not been developed sufficiently. The study of the psychological description of investigative (search) actions contributes to revealing their essence and to identifying the psychological processes in the course of forensically relevant information handling. Accordingly, the development of criminological recommendations, which consider psychological data, contributes to the effective implementation of the objectives of criminal proceedings. From the operational perspective, the psychological description of investigative (search) actions is revealed through cognitive, constructive, communicative, organizational and verifying components. The psychological description of investigative (search) actions is affected by the problematic situations that arise in the investigative activity. The key ones are: the lack of time and the need to act within the established investigation time frame; the urgency of some investigative (search) actions; the negative emotions as a result of the need to communicate with unscrupulous participants in criminal proceedings; the need to apply a range of measures to overcome resistance against investigations; the conflicts and the difficulty of resolving them; an inadequate level of logistics and the need to improve the organization of activities; a decline in the authority and credibility of law enforcement personnel; a negative attitude of citizens towards assistance and cooperation with law enforcement bodies, etc. The psychological description of investigative (search) actions provides for general objective psychological regularities and takes into account individual specificities expressed in the course of practical activities of investigative and other competent actors.
