Comprehensive characterization of the mutational landscape in localized anal squamous cell carcinoma

Abstract: PurposeAnal squamous cell carcinoma (ASCC) is a rare neoplasm. Chemo-radiotherapy is the standard of care, with no therapeutic advances achieved over the past three decades.
