Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer and the fourth leading cause of cancer deaths, and prognosis is poor and the majority of patients are diagnosed with locally advanced or metastatic disease.Increasing evidence suggests GNG5 play key roles in several types of human cancer, The key gating mechanisms in colorectal cancer remails unkown.
