Comprehensive analysis of oat avenanthramides using hybrid quadrupole‐Orbitrap mass spectrometry: Possible detection of new compounds

Abstract: RationaleAvenanthramides (AVNs) are constituents unique to oats and have many outstanding health benefits. AVNs are antioxidants and possess anti‐inflammatory, antifungal and antibacterial activity.
