Comprehensive analysis of cis- and trans-acting factors affecting Break-Induced Replication

Abstract: Break-induced replication (BIR) is a highly mutagenic eukaryotic homologous DNA recombination pathway that repairs one-ended DNA double strand breaks such as broken DNA replication forks and eroded telomeres.
