Composition of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in single cells of three filamentous cyanobacteria using nuclear microprobe and traditional techniques

Abstract: Intracellular of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus content in phytoplankton cells is traditionally measured using concentrates containing thousands to millions of cells.
