Abstract: In this paper, a fast Cross Coupling iterative Approach (CCIA) is proposed for studying the composite scattering of the layered rough surfaces with buried target, which uses forward backward method (FBM) to solve the electric field integral equations (EFIE) of the layered rough surface and bi-conjugate gradient method (BI-CG) to solve the EFIE of the target, and the interaction between the rough surface and the target is achieved by updating the excitation term.
