Abstract: Silver bismuth sulphide is a ternary material that has attracted attention due to its good properties and several applications. Here, the detailed methods of synthesizing silver bismuth sulphide including successive ionic layer and reaction, Bridgman, microwave, mechanical milling, pyrolysis, deposition, sol–gel and chemical methods are discussed.
