Complex facial reconstruction after removal of giant nasal ulcerated acantholytic squamous carcinoma

Abstract: BACKGROUND. Excision of facial cutaneous carcinomas requires further reconstruction in a combined team with plastic surgeons.Among the traditional risk factors, the unprotected occupational exposure to sunlight can be identified.
