Abstract:We describe complex atrial baffling procedures in the setting of left isomerism with right-hand as opposed to left-handed ventricular topology. An appropriate understanding of the connections of the systemic and pulmonary veins, along with the internal atrial anatomy, as revealed using 3D printing, allowed for successful biventricular repair.
