Complete Remission by Primary Chemotherapy of Advanced Non-Seminomatous Germ Cell Tumor in an Intra-Abdominal Testis

Abstract: Ectopic testis predisposes to a high risk of germ cell tumor development. Treatment of advanced testicular germ cell tumor developing in an uncorrected abdominal testis is based on primary chemotherapy followed by removal of the testis along with residual masses.
