Abstract:Pachydermoperiostosis (PDP) is a rare genodermatosis with prominent cutaneous, soft tissue and skeletal manifestations. It can mimic secondary causes of hypertrophic osteoarthropathy such as thyroid acropachy. Cutaneous manifestations can be debilitating and constitute critical clues to formulating an accurate diagnosis.
