Complete Aortic Endograft Occlusion in a Patient with Psoriasis: A Case Report and Systematic Review of the Literature Seeking for a Potential Causal Association

Abstract: Background: We report a case of a patient with complete aortic endograft occlusion and no morphological characteristic that could explain this event, other than the hypercoagulant status associated with psoriasis. The patient had severe intertriginous psoriasis complicated with cellulitis and sepsis and was treated with endograft excision and replacement with an aortic tube graft.
