Compile runtime system technology for airborne high-performance heterogeneous computing

Abstract: Most tasks in airborne scenarios are composed of neural networks (NN) and non-NN tasks. On the one hand, Deep neural networks (DNNs) have become the mainstream method of AI task processing.
