Competência Gerencial Do Enfermeiro: Conhecimento Publicado Em Periódicos Brasileiros

Abstract: Pesquisa bibliográfica que objetivou analisar as publicações em periódicos brasileiros de 2001 a 2007 acerca dacompetência gerencial do enfermeiro. Utilizaram-se os descritores enfermagem/organização/administração para busca noLILACS e SCIELO, sendo encontrados 36 artigos, dos quais 20 enquadraram-se nos critérios de inclusão.
